Team member.    As well as preparing our great tasting products  to the very highest of standards, you'll be the face of Mayfield, giving our customers a warm welcome and providing the excellent customer service we're known for.   This is a busy and varied job and you will be on the go all day.  Our Team Members get involved with everything: serving customers from the till or behind the hot counter, making barista coffee,  fresh sandwiches, stocking the shelves, and ensuring that the shop is clean, tidy, well stocked and presentable for our customers.   It really is about rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in, doing what needs to be done to make sure every customer feels welcome and valued and leaves our shops happy with their purchase.

Cook, Tues-Friday, 7.30am-3pm.  Deliver well presented, great tasting food, in a timely way,  whilst minimizing waste.  Mostly cooked breakfasts, toasties, etc.

Shop floor manager 7.30am-4pm, 6 day week but we are willing to consider a job share/3 day week. You will lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain an excellent standard in the shop.  Drive high performance through recruitment, training & development and colleague engagement.  Keep a close eye on thinkgs like waste controls and customer service standards, whilst being willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved in food preparation and serving customers.  Ensure the shop is clean, well stocked and welcoming.
