Made from Strong Organic flour milled by Marriages in Chelmsford, a tiny amount of salt is added to enhance the flavours, the first mix is fermented in the bowl, the dough is ‘knocked back’ ‘scaled off’ and left for a second proving.  After it is moulded into the final shape it has its last proving in the steam prover before being dressed with nuts seeds or flour. Is made with organic white flour to which a selection of seeds have been added they include sunflower, pumpkin, poppy, sesame and linseed. The seeds go right the way through the loaf not just added as decoration on top. Made without added salt, sugar or fat it is perfect for those trying to loose weight or on a low GI diet.  A great source of protein, fibre, calcium, zinc & iron.  Keeps very well. A mix of Rye flour and white organic flour producing a light, flavourful rye loaf. A slight nutty flavour. Lower in gluten than a pure white loaf for those with some food intolerances it is easier to digest.  Finished with caraway seeds which are also a natural digestive. A good source of fibre. One of the oldest varieties of wheat which originally came to England brought over by the Romans.  Low in gluten so one of the breads easier to digest. Slightly ‘earthy’ taste. Finished with cracked wheat for a rich nutty flavour and good source of fibre.  Can be used as an accompaniment to sweet or savoury dishes.

Organic white flour is used to make this super savoury loaf the sharpness and acidity of the stilton balances well with the sweetness of the raisins. Lovely with cheese and a good glass of wine! A lovely sweeter bread made with malted organic wheat flour with added honey and sunflower seeds through the bread and as a decorative finish. This bread can be used with sweet or savoury foods, made from malted barley flakes and whole wheat flour with walnut pieces and dates added for flavour and texture. As with all our breads this is made with Country malted organic flour, a tear and share loaf perfect for barbeques and as an accompaniment to soup or just to eat as a snack.

Made from strong organic stoneground wholemeal flour, nothing taken out and added kibbled malted grains. A good rustic bread high in fibre and full of flavour. A real favourite in our household, delightfully sticky and rich, full of fruit – made with English Breakfast tea, California raisins and currents. Gets better with keeping a few days, can be frozen. Made using a Greek recipe and includes chopped black olives, a touch of garlic, olive oil and white flour. A super accompaniment to barbeques, cheese, humus. A sweeter bread made with organic wholemeal flour, full of fruit and spices finished with flaked almonds and a rich, spicy glaze.

An authentic Italian recipe the flat bread is made using garlic, sea salt, olive oil, rosemary and tomatoes. The rosemary comes from our garden and so do the tomatoes - sometimes! Made from Marriage’s wholemeal organic flour. Very good source of fibre, no added ‘bits’!
